The Latest COVID-19 Updates

In the last several weeks, we have monitored guidelines and best practices for gathering in a safe way. After a significant amount of prayer and preparation, we plan to resume services at our main PCC location on May 17th. We're committed to creating an environment that meets government recommendations for safety. To make that possible, our Sunday services have been redesigned to create a sanitary, touchless environment that allows for physical distancing. This includes a significantly reduced capacity. At this time, Discovery & Pinellas Kids will only meet online, so make sure to save seats for your kids, too!

We'll Stay Healthy Together

Here's what we're doing

  • All staff and Servant Leaders will be wearing masks.
  • Additional hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout high trafficked areas.
  • All PCC services will be a touchless experience, and all high-volume areas will be thoroughly sanitized every 20 minutes.
  • Nursery, Discovery Kids, & Pinellas Kids will not be open at this time. CITYYTH will continue to meet virtually on Wednesday evenings.
  • No water fountains will be open or usable.
  • No hospitality food or beverages will be offered. We will only serve free coffee from Cafe windows.
  • We will no longer hand out the PCC Program. Instead, Message Notes and a list of events can be found in the PCC App. Digital giving can be done there as well. Giving Envelopes can be found in seat back pockets.
  • Pens & Mints can be picked up from the Next Steps Tent.

How You Can Help

  • If you don't feel well or have health concerns, please stay home and join us for PCC Online - Church At Home.
  • We encourage you to wear a mask, and will have one available to you if needed at Next Steps Tent.
  • Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer often.
  • Maintain a distance of six feet between yourself and other guests.
  • Please follow all instructions given by our Staff and Servant Leaders as they try to accommodate  your needs when on our campus

PCC Online - Church At Home

For the past several weeks, we’ve been grateful for the ability to worship together online, and we encourage you to continue to attend Church At Home if you or a family member doesn’t feel well, or if you're just not ready to attend church at our physical location. You’re part of the PCC family no matter where you choose to attend!

Starting May 17th, our services will be streaming our services LIVE at 9AM & 11AM on our Website, the PCC App, Youtube & Facebook Live. This includes worship, the message and the community of your church family through live chat and prayer. We will restream our service at 6PM on our website & Facebook Live as well.
April 4th, 2020 UPDATE
Pinellas Community Church continues to monitor the situation  regarding COVID-19 and the impacts not only to our church family but to St. Petersburg and all of the surrounding areas. While our church remains committed to abiding by CDC Guidance and those of our city, state, and federal governments, we remain committed to serving our community. Our services will remain online at this time.

Our food pantry, Feed St. Pete, will remain open to serve those needing food during these times. Feed St. Pete operates Tuesday's 5PM - 7PM. Additionally, we are partnering with various outreaches in our city to meet the needs of our church family and the citizens of St. Petersburg.

For the safety of our staff and their families, we have asked the majority of them to work from home at this time. Our church offices remain open with limited staff Mondays - Thursdays 9Am - 1PM. Our phones are available during regular business hours 9AM - 5PM.  If you need immediate assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

March 19, 2020 UPDATE
We want to inform you of the following precautionary measures we are taking for Pinellas Community Church concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are mindful of the current health climate regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and want to assure you that your health and safety are of our highest priority. Our responsibility during this time is to prioritize the health and well-being of our church community and support our local health and government officials as they work to contain the virus. What this means for Pinellas Community Church is that we will not be physically meeting on Sunday, March 22nd. Rather, we will be doing Church Online at 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM Online Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live. We believe that it is in the best interest of our community that we take every precaution and safety measure possible, and are diligent to follow the council of our health and government officials. People are the best part of our community, you are our priority, and we want to do everything possible in slowing the spread of the virus. We will continue to update you as this situation develops. We are so thankful for your flexibility and understanding during this time. When situations like these arise, Pinellas Community Church has always shown that you are a community ready to respond. Our hearts and prayers are with those affected and we will continue to pray for resolution. We love you.
